Team

SHE Changes Climate is led by a dedicated and diverse global team working across regions, including South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Europe. Guided by an Executive Director and supported by specialists in partnership building, resource mobilization, communications, advocacy and policy, impact monitoring, and operations, the core team provides strategic leadership and essential support for the movement.

At the heart of our on-the-ground impact are the Country Leads, who drive national-level climate action. They strengthen local networks, advance country-specific priorities, and build partnerships with grassroots groups, governments, businesses, and other key stakeholders. Working closely with the global team and supported by its expertise, the Country Leads ensure cohesion, alignment, and shared purpose across all country networks, bringing SHE Changes Climate’s mission to life within their local contexts.
